The highSCORE New Music Center is dedicated to promoting contemporary music by featuring a range of events throughout the year.

It was created with the mission to stimulate, train, and promote the excellence in the field of musical composition, and offer composers a context within which to further their professional preparation, propose their work to the wider audience and interact with other composers, performers, artists, musicologists and editors. The Center organizes festivals, performances, lectures and conferences.

Details of opportunities and activities can be accessed through the highSCORE web portal which also showcases media resources and complete information about all the people involved. The highSCORE staff includes professional musicians, practising artists and experienced teachers, complemented by visiting artists in residence.
